No Scan Tool Connected When Trying to Print

    I scanned a vehicle and saved data. I start the Printer in the Autel PC Suite (version 6.34) and attached the MaxiDiag Elite MD802 to my PC via the USB cord. I select "Playback" on the MD802 screen.  The Print software reads "No scan tool connected". 

    I have tried this on two computers, one running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, the other running Windows 7 Home 64 bit.

    How do I get this to work. Any advice would be appreciated.

     . Activate the Autel Printer.

     

    2. Plug-in the 802 to the computer (unit should turn on)

     

    3. Select the playback icon. Once you have done that, it should connect at that point and you should be able to print, copy or edit the selected data.

     

    It will not connect until you select "Playback". Stroll thru your fail items, push the round print button button this will place the failed data on the screen and once all data is  place on screen you can now print it on paper with the print button on the right side of screen.
